Service Description
Promo is a platform that connects agencies with qualified brand ambassadors for promotional experiences. We facilitate introductions and provide tools for managing activations, but we are not a party to any agreements between agencies and ambassadors.
User Responsibilities
For Agencies: You are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, fair compensation, and maintaining professional standards in all interactions with brand ambassadors.
For Brand Ambassadors: You agree to provide truthful information in your applications, maintain professional conduct, and fulfill commitments made to agencies through our platform.
Account Guidelines
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately
- Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
Limitation of Liability
Promo serves as a connection platform only. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from arrangements made between agencies and brand ambassadors. All working relationships and contractual obligations are between the parties directly.
