For Agencies: You are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, fair compensation, and maintaining professional standards in all interactions with brand ambassadors.

For Brand Ambassadors: You agree to provide truthful information in your applications, maintain professional conduct, and fulfill commitments made to agencies through our platform. By default, your profile is publicly visible to agencies. You may adjust your profile visibility to private at any time through your account settings.

BA Pro is an optional paid subscription for brand ambassadors that provides premium features including a custom profile URL and enhanced visibility.

Pricing: BA Pro is available at $8 per month (billed monthly), $7 per month (billed annually at $84 per year), or $249 as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Free Trial: New BA Pro subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the selected billing interval.

Cancellation: You may cancel your BA Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to BA Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refunds: If you subscribed through a free trial, you must cancel within the 7-day trial period to avoid being charged. No refunds are issued after the trial converts to a paid subscription. For direct purchases without a trial, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Lifetime purchases are also eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase only.

Student Discount: Eligible students may apply for a 40% discount on BA Pro subscriptions by verifying their academic email address. The discount is applied once and is non-transferable.

Promo offers tiered subscription plans for agencies. Each plan includes different feature sets, staff account limits, and usage allowances. A free plan with basic features is available at no cost.

Paid Plans: Agency plans are available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. Some plans may be restricted to annual billing only, as indicated during checkout.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your agency plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. When downgrading, you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing period. Features or limits that exceed your new plan's allowances may become unavailable upon downgrade.

Cancellation: You may cancel your agency subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your agency will revert to the free plan at the end of your current billing period. Data associated with premium features will be retained but may not be accessible until you resubscribe to an eligible plan.

Refunds: Agency subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting us at [email protected].

Agencies may purchase job board posts to feature their activations on the public job board. Post pricing varies by subscription plan.

Non-Refundable: Marketplace posts are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once applied. By purchasing a post, you acknowledge that the charge is final and cannot be reversed, regardless of the activation's outcome or duration.

Posts take effect immediately upon purchase and remain active for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Promo does not store your credit card details. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged at the then-current rate for your plan.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel before the new pricing applies.
