We never sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising purposes outside of our platform.

Profile Visibility: By default, brand ambassador profiles are set to public, meaning agencies can discover and view your profile through search. You can change your profile to private at any time in your account settings. When your profile is private, agencies can only see your information when you apply to their activations directly.

Protected Information: Regardless of your profile visibility setting, sensitive information is always protected on public profiles. Public profiles only display your first name and last initial (e.g., "John D.") along with basic profile information such as skills, experience, and portfolio photos. Your email address, phone number, full last name, and resume are never publicly visible.

When You Apply: When you apply to an activation, your complete profile information is shared with that agency, including your full name, email address, phone number, resume, and all profile details. This applies regardless of whether your profile is set to public or private.
